Filing for quiet title on a tax-sale property not yet probated

Hi everybody!

I purchased a tax sale property that's currently listed as being in an estate and a will exists but there's been no probate process done yet. Can anyone with experience tell me what issues to expect and some traps to look out for particularly pertaining to  the quiet title process? The property is located in Georgia. Thanks in advance!
