I am an agent here in Atlanta. What are some ways to reach investors who are interested/like huge rehabs(80-150k)? I'm curious to know if the market is in good standing for investors to feel comfortable with such a task. Are many investors steering away from larger rehabs? Or are they moving towards large renovations. I would like any feedback that anyone can give about rehabs and which investor likes which. Thanks in Advance
