Hi! I'm Karen. I'm new to biggerpockets! I'm located in the Los Angeles area and wondered if any local investors would be willing to recommend a Title Company or Escrow Agent familiar with assignments and double escrows. If this thread exists elsewhere, I don't mind you letting me know! Thank you.
