I’m New member to BP
Once my check cleared I purchased PRO membership. I’ve been renting single family homes and now I’m scaling up. I had so much of my own money invested in these properties I’m learning to leverage and use others money now. I just ordered a couple books and will update you all when I’m the next success story. If anyone has any experience in Tampa or Tri county area in Florida let’s discuss. Also I’m looking to invest out of state I’m looking at Houston Texas. Any help there would be appreciated I’m just looking to buy and rent to increase cash flow.
