Driving for dollars Owner occupants
Hey all,
Been noticing a few potential driving for dollars hones in my area. I’ve had a few calls with a response or two, but my question is: what is the best way to initiate the conversation with an owner occupant with a distressed property?
It seems the owner may be offended if an investor is cold calling them to buy their current home because it looks portly taken care of.
Has anyone had positive experiences with this and how do you suggest framing the initial conversations, and any subsequent conversations?
