Using hard money at auctions.
Hello everyone! I’m a newbie to real estate. I haven’t acquired my first property yet. But I’ve been studying this for a while. Nothing else left to do but take action at this point.
My question is how can I use hard money to purchase a property from an auction (auction.com/county website)? I’ve found some great deals. More importantly the numbers make sense. My only issue is acquiring the funds to purchase the property.
Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. This step is literally my last hurdle.
