Meeting with family friend (Major Real Estate Investor)

I have a meeting today with a family friend. He is one of the largest if not the largest real estate people in my area. He owns a real estate company, title company, and a lot of real estate. I am a new investor and lucky for me I got a meeting setup to talk with him. I'm looking for some advice on questions I should ask him.
