Unwanted Land in the Wichita Kansas Area

Shawn Z Stewart
Posted

Hi,

Last year was my first acution and i made a foolish mistake of purchasing two parcels of worthless land. I've tried the city, charity, giving away, any ideas?  One is an acrea and a half in a nice subdivision, but it is Reserve B as a part of the master drainage plan according to the CCRs.  However, the county sold it as residential property.  The second is residential land, but it is very small...only 1600 sq ft or so.   Any advice, outside of not to bid on these type of offerings in the future; i learned that lesson!

Thanks!

SZS

Put up a sigh " Future site of Bills chicken houses " put a contact number on it . When the neighbors see it they will be upset , offer to sell it to the HOA instead
