Flipping NJ and DJ Envy (Houston)

I see they are in Houston at a hotel today from 11-3PM for 100.00 even though that is not a lot of money I wanted to check with you all to see if anyone has tried their seminar... any good value for the 100? or will they simply try to push some program on you? thanks
