Investing in Atlantic City Condos
Hello all. Is there anyone who currently invests in the Atlantic City Area? Any information?

Hi Keisha, I'm very familiar with both buildings. Neither build will allow Airbnb, Brighton only allows yearly rentals, and Warwick can be rented once per year either seasonal or yearly. The Ritz and Atlantic Palace are the only condominiums to allow Airbnb.
