Newly Built Opportunity Zone Properties?
Are there any investors out there who have looked into newly constructed multifamily/commercial properties in opportunity zones that don't require any substantial improvement? Has anyone ever invested in a property like this?

Just FYI that would make the opportunity zone part irrelevant. In order to get the benefit of the opportunity zone you have to do a major renovation / new construction project on the property.
