Fort Worth Buy & hold area advice

HI all,

i will appreciate any advice

I am doing my research to start invest in Fort Worth area with rental properties and would like to receive some recommendation on where exactly will be the best place to start (max ARV 150K)

my aim is to scale it up towards approximately 12 single houses a year

thank you for any advice
