Making an Offer - Demonstrating Proof of Funds - Will 401 K funds Suffice?
Hi BP Community:
We are placing a cash offer on a property and using 401K funds. The 401K is in an individual's name (Managing Partner with our business). We are making the offer through the real estate business.
Will this suffice? Or should we place the offer with financing? The property is a short sale.
Thx in advance!
Cat
