Writing a syndication agreement

Looking for advice on syndicating a deal. I have the players/capital lined up, I know how I want to structure the deal but I'm not sure where to go from here. My real estate attorney can do basic operating agreements for LLCs, but not something this in-depth. For anyone that has experience here, do you have a specialized attorney write the agreements? Did you make an LLC just for this specific deal? I know what I want, just having trouble executing. Thanks in advance
