Marketing flips to landlords
I know companies provide turnkey investment property sales, but I wonder the pros and cons of marketing to buy and hold investors as an avenue to turn flips in certain markets. Rental properties may require less renovation than a full resale flip ( I would tend to totally renovate on resale flips) and many markets are strong rental markets, which make these ready to rent attractive to investors who don't want to do the rehab themselves. Any thoughts? Another thought I had was the marketability of handicapped accessible rental properties. Might there be niche to be found there?
