Seeking advice to reach investor audience

I have listed a property, but prefer an investor as buyer (rather than general public). I am seeking advice as to how best to target the right audience - investors. The tenants are a nice family, new to the country, have their kids in private school within walking distance, are employed in energy and very much do not wish to move. Thanks in advance for your advice!
