Deal Flow in Phoenix and Tucson Markets

Hi All,

My husband and I recently started a real estate investment company and completed our first single family home in Tucson, AZ. We are looking to get into the Phoenix market and are working to establish deal flow.

We've researched deal flow through Bigger Pockets and other resources and are looking for:

• How to generate leads for homes or locate individuals who have leads
• Other strategies to establish deal flow or other important information to know while entering the Phoenix market
