What should be my first move?

Warren Turner
Posted

I want my first property to be a multi-family investment property. I have a credit score of 670. I have about $8000 in credit card debit. I make $73,000 a year and I only have about $5000 to start with. It's going to take me a minute to pay down my credit cards because my rent is $1200 and my car note is $637 a month on top of other bills. What options do I have as an investor? Suggestions anyone?
