Finding Insurance for SFR househack with 3 (+ Roomates)

I'm looking for help in finding information on what the best way to get an insurance policy to cover a House-hack with 3 roomates. Most policy holders have a "no more than 2 roomers/boarders" Clause in their policy. I have a 4 BR 2 bath house and would like to rent all 3 rooms to roomates while living in the fourth. My current insurance policy has the 2 roomer limit, but I would like to change that. So far all, I have been able to identify is Amica, and LLoyds of london. Any other Ideas?

On the same grain, my house is split 3 BR above and 1 below, I've considered doing Air bnb on the top floor. Any ideas on insurance for this route? I've only been able to uncover a specialized agent in Illinois, and potentially finding a bed and breakfast policy. It seems like the owner occupied Air bnb policy is tougher to find?

Let me know if you have any ideas or leads! The house is located in MN if there is anything related to state.

Thank you!
Justin
