assignment question, mls, traditional buyer
Q. If one has an assignable deal under contract, has equitable interest in property, and rights to market, can he/she put it on mls for cash buyer (my case im licensed but can be non-licensed)?
(why dont all wholesalers put their deal on mls, as opposed to worrying of their cash buyer list?)
Q. Can the end buyer have a traditional lender, as opposed to always being a cash buyer?
(and pay assignment fee out of pocket? assuming property in live-in financeable shape)
