House On MLS - Info?

So there is a house down the block from me that's on the MLS. It looks to be a good price. House has been unoccupied for about a year. House is a little old but in decent shape. Just went on county website and found this info about property. Looks to be paid off. I google the women name to try and get contact info. What I don;t understand is it's listed for sale for $250k but the con. amount column on the website and in pic says $445k. What is this? THanks
