Deal or No Deal? Should I move forward or away?
I'm in negotiations for house that value will rise 11% next year. ARV is 266k, offered 197k but negotiated down from 220k to 207k. Is this a deal or no. I understand the ARV formula that a deal is 186k but houses are moving like hot cakes in the area. Can someone weigh in on this

@Mahdi El With that little amount of information I don't think it's reasonable to get an opinion from someone on the BP Forum. What are you plans for the house? Is it a turnkey rental, wholesale, flip? Are the comps accurate? How can you guarantee the value will rise 11% next year? So many questions.
