Dabbling in real estate

Hey everyone.

My name is Zac.

I just discovered BP about three weeks ago and the amount of inspiration that has come from this platform has been exponential. I’ve always dreamed of owning properties, but never really thought about investing in real estate. It is something that I know I could do well, but I really enjoy the job I have and don’t really have the desire to stop for at least another 3 to 5 years. However, now that I am making a very decent income with my job, I’ve been researching and learning about the importance of investing. Obviously one would have the most success by putting all their eggs into the real estate basket, but what about just dabbling in real estate while working another job? At least to get the feet wet in this business and put efforts in to building assets and creating cash flow into my personal life to see if it’s something I want to do full time in the future. Is it possible to use real estate investing as a side hustle? These are just some thoughts running through my head. Anyone have advice for someone who is on the fence about investing in real estate? What if I don’t like it? How difficult would it be to exit the game? Any advice whatsoever would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
