Hello, our next project is going to be a flip in the Pueblo CO area and we are looking to get some good people to work with on our team. Is there anyone that can refer people in the Pueblo area (contractors, title company that works with investors, CPA, Lawyer, investor clubs, etc) any tips or advice for first time flips would also be very much appreciated.
