Large property for sale covered in Junk (California)

I’m currently looking at an 8 acre parcel that has a 1600sf house that’s probably a full gut. The rest of the property has several un-permitted outbuildings as well as conex boxes and abandoned semi trailers and a couple old cars. The parcel is a great price and great location. I have zero experience with large junk cleanups Has anyone had any experience cleaning up a property like this? Or any advice? Thanks ahead of time.
