Hi all, I am looking to make my first investment rental purchase in Pittsburgh area. I have located a multi family house, contacted the listing agent and looked at the house too. I am looking to make all cash Purchase. The house needs extensive renovation.I am looking for an agent agent who is knowledgeable in Pittsburgh area and will help me write up an offer on this house and link me with contractor, property manager.
