The S word, that’s right I said it

That’s right, I said it...Short Term Rentals, aka STRs.

Does anyone have experience or has anyone seen success in the CA, TX, or anywhere really?

Would love feedback on why it seems like such a dirty word. Does that seem warranted? Is it as risky and foolish and people make it seem like? Is it as rough on communities as it’s sometimes portrayed?

Appreciate any thoughts and feedback!

Best,

Ryan
