Negative cash flow is the worst time to sell?

When you have a negative cash flowing property due to tenants not paying and an eviction, is this the worst time to sell the property as you wouldn't be able to sell the property at its peak performance?

Or should you let it go to cut your losses? I'm going through something like this. This SFH was cash flowing well until the tenants stopped paying and I'm going through an eviction. As you all know, evictions are very expensive. I'm thinking to sell this property once the tenants are out, but my logic tells me that I need to hold on to it to turn it around. What do you think?
