Selling tax deed property before quit claim deed arrives.

Hi, I recently purchased my first tax deed property. The property is located in Michigan. I am thinking of selling the property as-is. My question is do I need to wait until I receive my quit claim deed in the mail, or can I sell the property right now via a quit claim deed? Thanks for the help!
