Hello, I'm investing in a few cities / metro areas and wanted to see if there is a service or technology that generates maps that demarcate cities by risk block by block? Zipcodes are not granular enough, neither are neighborhoods... The end result would be a map with clear bright lines separating 'investable' areas from high-risk areas or warzones, or ideally have some type of Class A, B, C, D, etc. type designation.
