We are getting ready to take delivery of 2 new build-to-rent townhouses in So. Florida.  Can anyone suggest an up-to-date checklist for an owner's final inspection?

As background, the units are about 1,260 sq. ft., 3/2, 1-story, with 1-car garage each.  Granite counters in kitchens and baths.  Vinyl plank flooring throughout.
