Property Listing Verbiage ?
Hi,
While reading listings on Realtor.com I found a listing that I did not understand.
The property was being sold as is with no repairs “Buyer to close with sellers Attorney. There will be an assignment of contract. Seller has equitable interest in the home”.
Can some please clarify this?
Thanks!
