Flat Fee MLS - servicing New Hampshire

I'm new to the game and just completed sub-dividing our primary residence in Bedford NH. We have it fully surveyed and signed off by the town and looking to post it ASAP. Because we're selling land only to start I'd like to know if anyone has a recommendation for a flat fee MLS that services New Hampshire. I tried one already and they did not live up to their word (i.e: told that an affiliate will contact me within 48 hours and I didn't hear a thing for 72 wrote asking if I can get someone to call me, no reply after 48 more hours and then I obtained refund for the service). I tried Redfin for a lower commission, but they do not sell land. Any help is much appreciated!
