I have a property that i am looking at acquiring in San Antonio from a friend of a friend. The property comes with 4 townhomes 2 bed one baths and 3 bed 2 baths Also has a large pool and pavilion that is rented out for 700$ a day for parties. The property is a little run down but the renting potential is high. Amount wanted for the property is 500k. Needless to say i am in need of some help. Willing to partner if needed. I am a construction manager and engineer if that helps anything so any renos i can accommodate myself.
