Cost of subdividing rural farm land in Acadia parish

Does anyone have even a rough estimate of the cost of subdividing rural farmland? I would like to subdivide a little over 33 acres into about three equal sections of land.  The property is in Acadia parish in Louisiana. This would make it easier to sell at the price I want to sell it for based on what I see in the area.
