Buying from a tax payer?

Hello,

I want to bid on a property that is a vacant land in MN and am confused about a few things I see in the county records.

The Grantor is a bank and the Grantee is a person other than the auction company. The auction company is listed as the Taxpayer but there are some taxes due on the property for 2019.

I am confused as to what’s going on and who the owner is? They do say that they will transfer the deed to Special Warranty deeds.

Can someone please explain me what’s going on?

I am new at this so please be patient.

Thank you
