Making Offers on Wholesaler's Properties

Hey all, newbie here. I've read and listened to quite a bit in the last month on real estate investing but I have not come across how to write offers on wholesaler's properties.  I'm assuming you could use a real estate attorney or maybe pay your realtor something to do it but wondered if there is a prefered way you all are doing it.  Thanks in advance.
