Hey BP! I just turned 25, and I’m newly married. My wife and I are both registered nurses and do just fine, but not as fine as I’d like to do. I want to obtain a property for rental income as soon I can, but want to do it the right way! I need some insight! We are 34k in loan debt, and bought a home for 143k in the greater FW area! No car payment, or any other debt.
