Is Foreclosure.com the actual "listing agent"?

I'm seeing a lot of listings that have no real info or pictures or address and refer you to foreclosure.com. Some of them do have a price. I saw several which had price reductions which made me wonder if they weren't the people to contact regarding the house..Does this mean f.com is listing the property? or what?

Is it worth it to sign up?
