Best investment city in DFW Plano

Hi ,

I am in market searching for move in ready property to invest and get highest returns . Please let me know between Lewisville and Frisco/ little Elm, which part will give me more return in five years. The house price is cheaper in little elm than Lewisville but which city is beneficial for investors purposes.
