Curious how some of you choose a real estate agent

I work with a couple of good real estate agents. I get access to the MLS as I need it and access to many of the properties that are potential deals. There are a number of other reasons that I work with these agents as well.

What are you looking for in a buyers agent as an investor?

Do you even want a real estate agent?

Many real estate agents don't understand what investors are looking for and many others just prefer not working with investors.
