How do you get Regional / City Data & Analysis?
So far I have only invested in Texas. Through my network of colleagues and friends, I have fairly good insight into market trends.
I would like to start investing outside Texas.
What services/newsletters are there for trend spotting in other Cities/regions of the US?
When I say trend spotting I mean things like vacancy rates (SFH/multi/commercial) and sales trend data (prices going up/down).
