Why are Craigslist Homes Sold by the Same Company?

Hello,

Just wanted to ask if anyone has noticed that majority of the homes being sold on Craigslist in the OTP East is by a company called Wellington Home Pros. Has anyone ever heard of them, who are they? They have a majority of the homes listed by them.
