To Add or Not Add Furniture to sell a house

Goncalo Martins
Posted

Hello,

I just purchased a single 1 bedroom apartment, that I am renovating right now.

My initial plan was to rent, but then I changed my mind and now I want to sell it, so I can buy a 2 bedroom and rent this one.

I already bought on a promotion sales some furniture half of the initial price. My question is about which is better to sell the house.

With some furniture, or without any furniture? No lamps, no sofa, no bed...just empty.

Thank you in advance

All the best

Goncalo - Portugal
