Hello!

Does anyone know any online business websites specific to appraisals?

I’m not looking for an online appraisal tool, those can not justify the true price for a home that needs work etc.

I want someone who runs true comps, days on market, where the home sits, etc etc....

Where can I go for this? I want to streamline an automated offer submission system with quality numbers, not volume.

Any suggestions, ideas would be great.
