Fire damaged property
Found a house that is a short sale. Looks like they bought it last year for $155k. For the last week the started the listing at 110k. Every two days they been dropping it. Sitting at 80k right now.
The catch it says it had a fire in it and the entire inside needs to be redone. It’s down to its studs. Location is bellow average for sure. If you could get it cheap enough would be it be worth it?
