Hello BP Family, 

My name is Aaron Johnson and I am a newbie investor currently living in NYC.  I am eager to learn and would love to bring value to anyone in anyway possible.  I'm also looking to connect with a few boots on the ground in Newark New Jersey.  I am looking to start my real journey by purchasing my first property as a live in Multifamily, as NYC is pretty pricey right now.  Also anyone looking to just connect I am always open to suggestions and advice.  Thank you for your time and look forward to connecting with the BP Family
