How to find deals in a specific area of the city

Hello BP Family,

Im struggling to find any off-market deals available for multi-family (duplex) in the Fox Chase area of Philadelphia PA.   I'm a new investor and I wanted to ask the forum for some guidance or advice from members who are familiar with the Philadelphia area.

I've been at it for months and it's kicking my butt! Help!
