Family member is selling me their house. What is the process?
What is the cheapest way for the sale to happen and how much will it be? I want to just hire someone to do the paperwork and that is it. Will it be a flat fee? Will it be a percentage fee?

@Tanner Moore, it depends on where you live.
Some states like Georgia require an attorney to do the closing.
Other states require a title company to do the closing.
Contact a local real estate agent, real estate attorney or your local real estate investors association for more information.
