Syndication Meetups in Massachusetts

Hi BP, one of my goals for the remainder of 2019 is to put together a team and a shortlist of properties for my first apartment complex (50+ units) syndication. I currently live outside the Boston area which is very tough for a large apartment complex syndication deal. The values are very high and inventory is in the hyper-supply part of the cycle. I would likely have to focus like most folks in the southeast and southwest portion of the country to execute on this project.

Does anyone have any good advice on meetup groups or summits that connect people in order to find role players i.e. contractor, money guy, acquisition guy, etc. in various parts of the country? I haven't been able to find out much from simple google searches. Perhaps I am looking in the wrong places? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone and good luck out there!

@Avery Heilbron Is there a fee at the door or anything you would recommend bringing?

@Justin Rank No fee and if anything a pen and paper and or business card. There is typically networking time, a teaching presentation with open dialogue and networking at the end.

Thanks @Avery Heilbron that is super helpful. Funny, I thought I had attended every Meetup in Boston. Always happy to join and participate in another. Much appreciated!
